Please protect your privacy

Requests submitted through the Request Support page use Zoho Forms. Zoho processes and stores the information you enter for FOJGF to review and respond to your request. Our office receives an internal notification email when a request is submitted. New requests are also copied to a private Zoho Sheet register in FOJGF’s WorkDrive account for office review and follow-up. The embedded form connects your browser to Zoho; you can also open the same form directly in a new tab. Join Us submissions for volunteer applications, donation offers and event interest also use Zoho Forms. The office receives an internal notification and reviews these submissions in Zoho Forms. These submissions do not confirm a placement, donation acceptance or event registration. We use the contact details you provide to respond. Email links open your own email application. Email may not be a secure channel for sensitive information.

Only share essential contact details and a general reason for your inquiry. Do not send medical records, detailed trauma histories or crisis information. FOJGF does not guarantee absolute confidentiality, and information may be disclosed as required or permitted by applicable law.

Website email addresses and donation services should be verified by FOJGF before publication. Contact info@fountainofjoyglobal.org with website privacy questions.

Need immediate help? FOJGF forms and email are not emergency services. In the U.S., call or text 988 for emotional or suicide crisis support. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. Outside the U.S., contact local emergency services.

Newsletter subscriptions

Our optional newsletter signup uses Zoho Campaigns. Zoho processes the details you enter to manage your subscription and send foundation updates. Please follow any confirmation email instructions. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. Assistance and Join Us inquiries do not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Your choice about visit measurement

With your permission, Google Analytics 4 measures website visits and page views. Google receives usage and device information when your browser connects to its services. Analytics starts only after you accept. We do not send form answers to Analytics, and page URLs are sent without query strings or fragments. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect requests for help or newsletter signup.
